Organizing the Payment
We suggest you collect full payment from your group up-front and
have all cheques made payable to the trip organizer. Alternatively,
collect a 50% deposit from each person and obtain cheques for the
balance. It's important that you receive a firm commitment from
all group members.
Replacements
Should a member of your group have to cancel for any reason, you
should attempt to secure a replacement for them to avoid loss of
deposit or balance paymnet.
Blue Heron Reservation & Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is nessasary to reserve your trip. Full payment is
required 14 days prior to departure. If you make your reservation
less than 14 days before your trip, the entire cost of the trip
is due immidiately to confirm your participation.
Due to the nature of our business, which requires early commitment
of resorces, cancellations made less than 14 days prior to trip
departure will be subject to a fee of $5.00 per person. No cash
refunds will be given for cancellations recieved within 7 days of
departure.
Groups will be required to sign a liability waiver
prior to embarking on the river.
